5. Pull the frame (32) of the
motor protection filter out to-
wards the front.
6. Remove the motor protection
filter (31).

7. Wash the motor protection fil-
ter (31) under running water.
8. Should the motor protection

filter be damaged or can no
longer be sufficiently cleaned,
it must be replaced with a
new one.

9. Let the motor protection fil-
ter dry completely.
10. Place the motor protection
filter with the dark side facing
inwards back into the frame
of the motor protection filter.
11. Push the frame of the motor
protection filter into the vacu-
um cleaner.
12. Insert the dust bag as de-
scribed in section "Changing
the dust bag" on page EN-20.
Clean or replace the motor
protection filter every time
you change the dust bag.
