5. Commissioning

5.1 Flushing and filling

Flush the system carefully before filling.
Check all connections and tighten them if necessary. Ensure all threaded joints
are screwed tightly. Once the system has been filled, bleed the unit and refill

the cooling system as required.
Before closing the housing, take the silicon cushion from the PE bag and place it
inside the unit. This is used to absorb the residual moisture.
5.2 Commissioning
Commission the unit once it has been flushed and filled and a pressure test has
been carried out.
All cooling/heating and sanitary installations must be complete.
Bleed the system every so often during the unit commissioning process.
The strainers must be maintained and cleaned as required.
