3.4 Front cover and housing
The housing, including the front cover, is a closed and insulated (30 mm thick) hybrid housing with multiple shells
that acts as an effective shield against the environment (and its ambient temperature and humidity) in order to
prevent additional condensation. The front cover is sealed by a circumferential hollow body seal. The hydraulic and
electrical connections are each additionally sealed.
Disassembly steps for the front cover

By releasing the lower lugs, the cover can be lifted off upwards.

It can then be removed from the housing.
The front cover is installed in the reverse order.

Following service and maintenance, place the dry silicone cushion back into the housing to

absorb any residual moisture!
Installation advice:
Before mounting and installing the hydraulic connection, the pipework must be thoroughly
cleaned and flushed through to prevent any dirt or flux from accumulating in the heat exchang-
er. Residues can cause corrosion problems that reduce the efficiency of the system and limit the
warranty.
