5.4 Rotor einbauen

In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge (s. Fig. 5-15)
einbauen.
Hinweis Mit dem Schwerspannstift (61015) wird
die Zwischenwand (23000) im Gasaus-
trittsgehäuse (61001) positioniert (s. Fig.
5-15).
Zwischenwand (23000) ev. mit leichten Hammerschlä-
gen (nur Blei- oder Kupferhammer verwenden) am
Gasaustrittsgehäuse (61001) zum Anliegen bringen.
Vorsicht !
Sobald der Rotor montiert ist, diesen
axial sichern !
Führungsplatte (90170) mit 6kt-Schrau-
ben (90172 / für VTR 564: 51011) am
Gaseintrittsgehäuse befestigen und die
axiale Haltevorrichtung (90180) mit der
Ringmutter (34552) montieren.
Nach dem Einbau der Lager VS und TS unbedingt
die Spiele L und M messen (s. Abschn. 4.6).

5.4 Installing the rotor

Follow the instructions in the reverse order to install
the rotor (see fig. 5-15).
Note
If necessary tap slightly with a hammer (use a lead-
or copper hammer only) to position the partition wall
(23000) correctly in the gas outlet casing (61001).
Caution !
After installing the CE and TE bearings measure the
tolerances L and M (see sec. 4.6).

Disassembly and assembly
The partition wall (23000) is positioned in
the gas outlet casing (61001) by the roll
pin (61015) (see fig. 5-15).
As soon as the rotor is in postion lock it
axialy !
Fix the guide plate (90170) with the
hex.-headed screws (90172 / for VTR
564: 51011) to the gas inlet casing and
fit the axial lock (90180) with the ring nut
(34552).
