5.1 Rotor ausbauen
Hinweis
Für die Gewichte der Einzelbagruppen,
siehe Abschn. 2.
- Schalldämpfer bzw. Luftsaug stutzen abbauen (s.
Fig. 5-10).
Warnung ! Ölfeste Handschuhe tragen.
- Befestigungsschrauben lösen und Flansche der
Ölleitungen demontieren (siehe auch Abschn. 4.1
und 4.2).
Vorsicht ! Verschüttetes Altöl mit Absorbentien auf-
nehmen und getrennt entsorgen.
- 6kt-Schrauben entfernen und Lagerraumdeckel
mit Ab drückschrauben lösen und entfernen (siehe
auch Abschn. 4.1 und 4.2) .
- Lager VS (32500) und Lager TS (34500) ausbauen
(s. Abschn. 4.1 und 4.2).

5.1 Removing the rotor

Note
- Remove silencer or air suction branch (see fig.
5-10).
Warning !
- Unscrew the fixing screws and dismantle the flan-
ges of the oil pipes (see also sec. 4.1 and 4.2).
Caution !
- Remove the hex.-headed screws and release the
bearing space cover with the puller screws and
remove (see also sec. 4.1 and 4.2).
- Remove CE bearing (32500) and TE bearing
(34500) (see sec. 4.1 and 4.2).

Disassembly and assembly
See sec. 2, for the weights of the indivi-
dual assemblies.
Wear oil-resistant gloves.
Soak up spilled oil with absorbent mate-
rial and dispose of as special waste.
