R.STAHL Schaltgeräte GmbH rail profile for continuous row mounting of the linear
fluorescent luminaires EXLUX
It facilitates the row mounting and installing of luminaires.
The rail profile can be also used as cable duct.
Always use mounting rails for mounting to adjust the luminaires to the hole matrix of the
rail profile.
8.3 Installation
Opening and closing the luminaires
Risk of electric shock!
Risk of fatal injuries!
Luminaires without switch must not be opened when they are supplied with
power (see information plate on the central lock)!
The standard luminaire is equipped with a safety switch.

Remove the closing cap of the central lock. Turn the central lock with socket wrench M8,
wrench size 13, by a quarter turn (90°) to the left until the stop. Swivel the lighting trough.
Proceed in reverse order to close. After closing the luminaire trough, check that the
luminaire trough lies correctly on the sealing edge and the arrowhead on the hexagon of
the central lock points to the marking "Luminaire closed".
Push the closing cap onto the central lock (dust protection).
Note:
For version without switch: Disconnect the luminaire from the power supply and secure
against being switched on.
For version with switch: The luminaire is positively disconnected from the power supply
by actuating the central lock.
