7.2 Installing the pressure measuring cell
In the event of storage periods > 4 years (for the year of manufacture, see the nameplate
of the pressure measuring cell), it is recommended to check the thread coating of the
pressure measuring cell and to renew it if necessary. Remove the coating using a fine
copper brush. Apply a suitable sealant (e.g. Loctite 561 or Teflon tape).
Remove any residue on the threaded connection in the sensor. The bore hole must be
completely clean.

Turn the nut by hand until the key pattern is firmly and securely engaged
into the lock pattern.
7.3 Check the data on the wired-on tag plate:
7.3.1 Wired-on tag plate for DK9004:
• Device serial number
• Alteration kit serial number
• Device altered with
• New order code
• New pressure measuring range
