Make sure the eccentric pulley (26) and the motor pulley (27)
are aligned.
Retighten the screws on the engine.
Re-mount the belt cover.

Change the eccentric oil after 200 hours of operation.
Allow the eccentric to cool down before changing the oil.
Remove the belt cover (22) and the V-belt (23).
Loosen the screws on the eccentric housing and lift off the
complete upper section of the vibratory plate together with the
motor.
Unscrew the oil drain plug (13).
Inspect the sealing ring (14) and replace it, if necessary
Tilt the eccentric housing and let the oil drain into a vessel
holding approximately 0.5 l.
Check the oil for metal shavings
Put the eccentric housing again in an upright position and
fill in new oil.
Screw in the oil drain plug (13) with sealing ring (14) again
Remove oil residues/soiling
Mount the upper section of the vibratory plate and then fit the
V-belt and belt cover again.
Eccentric oil
Recommended eccentric oil: SAE 20W or
Oil capacity V-HB 8200 ca. 0,06 l
Oil capacity V-HB 13000 ca. 0,1 l
Cleaning
Clean the machine thouroughly after each application so
that faultless function is maintained.
Clean all movable parts on a regular basis.
Clean the case with a soft brush or dry cloth.
Do not clean the machine with running water or high-pressure
cleaners.
Do not use solvents (gasoline, alcohol, etc.) for plastic parts,
otherwise such parts may be damaged.
Keep the handles free of oil and grease.
Water, solvents and polishing agents shall not be
applied.
Keep also the cooling fins for the cylinder (C) free from dust
and dirt.
Clean the bottom side of the base plate as soon as compacted soil
adheres to it. Keep the bottom side of the base plate clean and
smooth.

Transport
Before each transport
Stop the engine and allow it to cool down.
Always transport the machine in upright position to prevent fuel
from spilling.
Use the transport linkage for transport with a crane (39).
Secure the device against tipping over or sliding away when
transporting it by crane.
When transporting the product in a car put it in the boot or on a
separate loading area. Secure the machine against tipping over,
damages and escaping fuel.
Storage
Keep unused machines in a dry and closed area out of the reach of
children. Do not store them close to a cooker, oven or hot-water
apparatus with permanent flame or other spark-generating devices.
Allow the engine to cool down before storing the machine.
Before extended storage, please observe the following to increase
the service life of the device and to ensure smooth operation:
Thoroughly clean the device.
Oil all moving parts with environmentally compatible oil.
Do not use grease.
Empty the fuel tank completely.
Dispose of remaining fuel in an environmentally compatible
manner.
Operate the engine until the carburetor is empty.
Please refer to the "Engine Operating Instructions" for
more information on storing the engine.
Storing fuel (gasoline)
Fuels have only a limited shelf-life, they are subject to ageing.
Outdated fuels and fuel mixtures may result in starting problems.
Therefore, store only the quantity of fuel you can use within a
month.
Only store fuels in containers approved and identified for this
purpose. Keep fuel containers in a dry and safe area.
Make sure that fuel containers are kept out of the reach of
children.
