1. Select the green "start button".
2. A window will appear. If you want to start
your training immediately, select "Next". If
you want to record and save your training,
press "Login" and enter your login data.

• You are now in the training program.
• The measured revolutions are displayed as
"steps", as well as a comparable value for
the distance covered in km. The app also
shows you your speed, steps per minute as
well as the elapsed training time and calories
consumed.
