Drücken Sie QUICK START und alle Werte beginnen aufwärts
zu zählen. Mit den UP oder DOWN Tasten können Sie den
Widerstand anpassen. Mit PAUSE können Sie ihr Training kurz
unterbrechen. (Bild 12A).
Drücken Sie auf HOME und kehren Sie zur Startseite zurück
