Installing the frost protection circulation pump for external collection shaft
 Screw the parts together using sealing
tape and install as in the image below.

 Adjust the position of the holder in the
pump shaft to structural conditions.
 Installing on a wash plate without
Kärcher standard dimensions: Adjust
the length of the 1" pipe.
 Install components as shown opposite.
Swimmer valve
 Adjust the position of the float in the
float valve holder to structural condi-
tions.
The float valve must turn off the water
inlet before the water level reaches the
overflow line of the pump shaft.
 After installing the float valve, shorten
the hose from the overflow valve to the
lower edge of the float.
Processed water line
The processed water line runs from the im-
mersion pump to the SM MB filter or to the
SB MU technical room.
 Cut the hose to the required length.
 Connect immersion pump and filter as
shown opposite.
 Set the overflow valve to the required
flow rate (approx. 500 ml per washing
station).
Determine the flow rate by calibration.
