5. Arbeiten mit der Spaceball II
5.4.2 Betrieb über 0 - 10 Volt (+) DC
Verbinden Sie die Spaceball II mit einem analogen Pult oder mit
der optional erhältlichen Funk- oder Kabelfernbedienung.
Hierzu nutzen Sie die 3pol-XLR-Buchse [Abb.1, 3].
a) Stecken Sie das Verbindungskabel des Pultes/der Kabelfern-
bedienung in die entsprechende Buchse [Abb.1, 3]
b) Über den Drehknopf auf der Kabelfernbedienung bzw. über
den Fader an Ihrem analogen Pult können
c) Durch Betätigen des On/Off-Schalters der
Kabelfernbedienung wird der Nebelvorgang gestartet.
Natürlich können Sie die Spaceball II im sogenannten Stand
alone-Betrieb verwenden. Hierbei wird der Wert für die Pumpe
direkt am Gerät individuell eingestellt.
a) Drücken Sie die Mode-Taste [Abb.3, 14] so oft, bis im Display
Abb.3, 18 ein P und zwei Zahlenerscheinen.
b) Stellen Sie nun mit den Up/Down-Tasten [Abb.3, 15] den
gewünschten Pumpenwert ein und drücken danach kurz die
Enter-Taste [Abb.3, 16] um den Nebelvorgang zu starten.
Das Gerät nebelt nun so lange mit dem voreingestellten Output,
bis die Enter-Taste erneut gedrückt wird. Der Pumpenwert
kann auch während des Nebelvorgangs durch Drücken der Up/
Down-Tasten [Abb.3, 15] geändert werden.

5.4.4 Betrieb mit Funkfernbedienung

Die Funkfernbedienung für die Spaceball II ist optional er-
hältlich und wird mit 3pol-XLR-Stecker ausgeliefert.
Über die 3pol-XLR-Buchse [Abb.1, 3] für analogen Betrieb, wird
der Empfänger mit dem Gerät verbunden. Über das Bedienfeld
am Gerät stellen Sie den gewünschten Nebeloutput ein (siehe
Punkt 5.4.3). Das Gerät nebelt nun mit dem eingestellten Output
so lange, wie Sie den Auslöser des Handsenders betätigen
(siehe auch Bedienungsanleitung „Funkfernbedienung").

5.4.2 Operating on 0-10 V (+) DC

Connect the Spaceball II with an analog console or with
the optional radio or cable remote control. To do this, use
the 3pin XLR socket [Fig.1, 3]
a) Plug the cable from the desk / cable remote into the
connector on the machine [Fig.1, 3]
b) The poti on the cable remote or the fader on the
analog desk will control the pump.
c) If the On / Off switch at the cable remote control is
pressed, the fogging starts.

5.4.3 Stand-alone operation.

Of course, you can use the Spaceball II in standalone
mode. Here, the value of the pump must be adjusted at
the machine.
a) Press the Mode button [Fig.3, 14] repeatedly until the
display Fig.1, 18 shows "P" and two figures.
b) Adjust with the Up / Down-buttons [Fig.3, 15] the
desired value of the pump, then briefly press the Enter
button [Fig.3, 16] to start the fogging process.
The machine runs now with the default output until
the Enter key is pressed again. The output can also be
changed during the fogging process by pressing the Up /
Down-buttons [Fig.3, 15].

5.4.4 Operation with remote control

The wireless remote control for the Spaceball II is
available as an option. The receiver part of the wireless
remote control is connected to the 3pin XLR socket
Fig.1, 3 for analog operation.
From the control panel on the device, set the desired
pump output (see 5.4.3). The machine run now with the
remote as long as the trigger of the remote control is
pressed (see also manual "Wireless remote control").
