Damage to suction bar
Suction bar is in bottom position! Do not damage the suction bar when pulling
out the tray.
18. Open the loading flap (see step 12) and pull out the tray carefully.

23. Pull out the tray to tighten the screw in the middle.
24. Push the tray back in. Hit the "Q" key to quit the menu.
25. Select "[3] LAL SuckBar", then "[3] init suckbar" and "Q".
26. Select "[2] LAL SuckWagon", "[3] init suckwagon" and "Q2.
Note: For a simple check of the parallelism, lower the suction bar until only a small gap of
approx. 0.5 - 1 mm can be seen between the rubber suction caps and the bottom of the tray.

15. Select "[3] LAL SuckBar2 and lower the suc-
tion bar with "[B] LAL move suckbar to
ground" (Speed = 20 mm/s) onto the tray.
Read the travel distance in the menu header
(e.g. 97 mm).
16. Now select "[8] LAL move suckbar to posi-
tion" and enter e.g. 88 mm and a speed of
20 mm/s.
17. Check whether all the suction units are now
at the same distance to the tray.
The tray must be aligned if the suction blocks
are not at the same distance to the tray
(>0.5 mm). Hit the "Q" key to quit the menu.
NOTICE
19. Below the tray (recorder side) loosen the two
Allen screws marked by arrows in Fig. 60 so
that they still clamp slightly.
20. Push the tray back in carefully.
21. Raise or lower the tray to align it parallel to
the suction bar.
22. When the tray is aligned, tighten the outer
screw again.
