Troubleshooting

Problem: Cause:
The light does not come on and  Deep discharged battery.
the button's LEDs do not flash
when the flashlight head is
connected to the battery.  Battery not or not properly
connected to the light head.
Faulty LED unit.
The power LEDs do not come on,  Faulty LED unit.

The battery life is too short.  Discharged battery.
 Old battery.
 Very low temperatures.
 Faulty charger.
The light does only work if  Police mode enabled.
I keep the button pressed.
The docking station mechanism  Lock not fully opened
seems to be blocked.

Solution:
 Charge the battery.
 Properly screw on the flash
light head.
 Replace the LED unit.
 Charge the battery.
 Replace the battery.
 Keep the battery warm.
 Replace the charger.
