The dehumidifier must be simply placed in the room to be de-
humidified and started.
E
The appliance must be placed in a room where
there are NO sources of ignition continuously
operating (for example: open flames, electric
or gas heaters).
The Ecodry 925 dehumidifiers have the peculiarity that suck
the air from the front grid and put it out from the top grid
(Pic.7): this means that the unit can be placed against the wall,
even between two furnitures.
To obtain maximum efficiency keep to the following rules:
• make sure that in the room, where the dehumidifier is in-
stalled, the conditions never exceed the working limits of
the machine (Tab.A);
• the room where the dehumidifier is installed must be closed;
• it is advisable to place the dehumidifier in the coldest point
of the room, where normally the humidity level is higher,
possibly near the power socket.
E
WARNING This dehumidifier is NOT suit-
able for environments like laundry, or similar,
where splashing or dripping can keep water
inside through the upper air grid.

Maintenance

The Ecodry 925 dehumidifiers need no particular mainte-
nance. It is advisable to dust them and keep the air intake and
outlet grids clean. Contact your dealer if it should function
badly or breakdown.
B
This appliance contains flammable pressur-
ized refrigerant: any maintenance concerning
the refrigerant circuit must be carried out by
technical personnel who have a valid certifi-
cate issued by an accredited organization,
which certifies their competence to operate
safely with this type of refrigerants.
The power supply cable has an M type connection; in the event
of damages, the cable must be replaced with a similar one only
by experienced and qualified staff.
E
Maintenance on the electrical or mechani-
cal parts must be carried out considering the
flammable refrigerant fluid. Before interven-
ing, make sure you have eliminated all pos-
sible ignition sources, check that the capacitors
are discharged, that there are no live parts,
that the appliance is properly connected to
earth.
The refrigerant fluid is odourless: if you suspect that there is a
refrigerant gas leak, properly ventilate the room before doing
anything else.
E
ATTENTION: before doing anything on the
appliance disconnect the power supply by
unplugging the machine.
