7.1.7 Serial output „At least one electrode has warning"
If at least one electrode changes in prewarning, then this output will be set,
otherwise the output will be reset. Used electrodes are all electrodes (excepted
0), which are assigned to a welding program.
7.1.8

Optional handshake for a gun application:

For this handshake the serial input „spot selection ready" and the serial output
„spot selection taken over" are used. The input "spot selection ready" will be set
from the robot, the control reacts with setting of the output „spot selection taken
over". The corresponding pressure value to the selected spot (program) will be
set. The robot has to reset then the input "spot selection ready".
From the control then the output "spot selection ready" will be reset.
Notice:
On each change of the spot selection the to the spot (program) assigned pressure
value will be written immediately.
7.1.9

Prewarning over several Tipp dress

The prewarning can be adjusted, that an electrode changes in prewarning before
the last Tipp dress is done.

7.1.10 Protocolling of electrode change

With Electrode change the previous counter states (count value, tip dress
counter, accumulating count sensor) are written in the data change protocol.
