Special features

The timer has the following features:
• Timer has been prepared for networking with an Ethernet IP module
• The „Stop circuit open / no 24 V" fault is automatically reset.
• The DC link voltage is always checked, the fault message is automatically
reset.

Rewelds

Rewelds are not done in UIR- mode, sondern im KSR- bzw. PHA-Betrieb
geschweißt (betrifft Messung, Regelung, Überwachung und Nachstellung).
KSR-current monitoring is futher active, with UI-monitoring without UI-regulation.
7.1.2

KSR selection

When calling up welding programs with
electrode nos.1 through 9, output KSR selection 1 is

simultaneously activated.
electrode nos.10 through 19, output KSR selection 2 is
•
simultaneously activated.
electrode nos.20 through 29, output KSR selection 3 is
•
simultaneously activated.
For all other electrode numbers, the KSR selection outputs are not changed.
7.1.3 Output A09 „ New electrode"
If the via spot selection selected program has an electrode with the counter state
"0", then this output will be set.
7.1.4

Tip dresser change

The timer has additional counter, which count every tip dress.
This counter can be reset via the programming terminal.
