As long as shore power is present at the input of the
inverter AC-INPUT, the inverter remains switched off!
If no shore power is fed in, the unit operates purely as an inverter. The unit's internal safety
relay ensures that the unit automatically switches back to inverter mode immediately after
the shore power supply line is removed.
If you have previously set the ON/OFF switch to "OFF" position, you must now switch to "ON"
position.
The top green LED "POWER"now lights up on the remote-control.
Attention!
Battery chargers must never be operated via the mains priority circuit and thus not by the
inverter!
Commissioning
After connecting the Voltima inverter to the 12V/24V battery, the unit is now ready for
operation.
Before turning on the inverter, verify that all AC consumers are turned OFF.
The 2-stage switch on the device is used to switch the inverter ON and OFF.
Now set the switch to "ON"position.
A short beep sounds and the green LED lights up.
The green LED indicates the inverter's operational readiness.
The two front-facing device sockets now have 230V alternating voltage.
As soon as you turn on a 230V consumer, the inverter will supply it with energy.
