GENERAL TORQUE SETTINGS
M4 BOLT = 8Nm
M5 BOLT = 12Nm
M6 BOLT = 15Nm
M8 BOLT = 20Nm
M10 BOLT = 40Nm
onto the bolt – the rubber washers should be thrown away!
TOOLS REQUIRED
Set of metric Allen keys to include 4, 5 and 6mm A/F sizes.
6, 8, 10, 12, 13 & 27mm spanners or sockets and wrench.
Electrical pliers/crimps.
Small amount of super glue.
Rear paddock stand and cotton reels.

  • Seite 13 LP0241  Fit the two licence plate mounting brackets (items 4 and 20) using the bolts, washers and nuts (items 2, 3, 5 and 8) as shown in pictures 39 and 40 (please note the longer bolts (item 5) are fitted in the rear most holes).
  • Seite 14 LP0241  Refit and secure the rear seat cowls as original.  Refit the seat as original  Refit licence plate (it may require drilling).  IMPORTANT: IF FITTING A FULL-SIZE LICENCE PLATE AND PLACING IT FAR DOWN ON THE LICENCE PLATE HANGER, THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF THE LICENCE PLATE HITTING THE BACK WHEEL UNDER HEAVY LOAD AND OVER LARGE BUMPS IN THE ROAD.
