3. Anschluss und Einrichtung

Beachten Sie die Hinweise zum Einbau von Beleuch-
tungen in der Anleitung Ihres Waggons.

3.1 Einbau der Platine

Teilen oder kürzen Sie die Waggon-Innenbeleuchtung
mit einer geeigneten Säge an einer der markierten
Trennstellen auf die erforderliche Länge (Abb. 1). Ach-
tung: Wenn Sie die Platine in mehrere Segmente zer-
legen, müssen Sie die originale Reihenfolge der Seg-
mente bei der Montage einhalten.
3.2 Anschluss
Schließen Sie die Waggon-Innenbeleuchtung gemäß
der Abb. 1 an.
- Anschlusskabel ggf. kürzen.
- Die Versorgungsanschlüsse auf der Leiterplatte
sind an den Trennstellen bereits miteinander ver-
bunden.
- Die Polarität zum Gleis spielt keine Rolle, da die Wag-
gon-Innenbeleuchtung über Gleichrichter verfügt.
Nach elektrischem Anschluss und Test befestigen Sie
die Waggon-Innenbeleuchtung im Fahrzeug. Geeig-
net ist z. B. doppelseitiges Klebeband zur Fixierung
der Leiterplatte unter dem Dach.
3.3 Stützkondensator
Zur Vergrößerung des integrierten Stromspeichers
können Sie an den markierten Lötpunkten einen oder
zwei weitere Kondensatoren (Kondensator/Power-
pack) anlöten. Die sogenannten Gold-Caps funktio-
nieren hier nicht.
Bei Verwendung von Stützkondensatoren/Power-
packs ist es möglich, dass die Einschaltströme Ihre

3.1 Mounting of the plate
Cut or shorten the lighting board at one of the marked
cut-off areas with a fine saw to the required length
(fig. 1). Attention: If you cut the pcb into segments
you have to maintain the sequence of the segments
when reassembling.
3.2 Connection
Connect the lighting set to the power supply of the
waggon as shown in fig. 1.
- Shorten the cables if needed.
- The left and right connection pads for supply are
interconnected.
- The polarity is not important because a rectifyer is
onboard.
After connecting the power supply and succesful test-
ing, you can mount and fasten the lighting set in the
coach. Mount the lighting set with doublesided self-
adhesive tape underneath the roof of the coach.
3.3 Powerpack/Capacitor
Additional capacitors can be connected to the board
at the marked positions (capacitor/powerpack). The
so-called gold-caps do not work here.
When using additional capacitors/powerpacks it is
possible, that inrush-currents may overload the cen-
tral unit. Use a series resistor of 10 to 30 ohms in one
of the two supply-lines.
