Can be set from 0 to 99
Default 00
Example of times:
100% = 60 sec. on
50% = 30 sec. on and 30 sec. off
10% = 6 sec. on and 54 sec. off
The display flashes the default 0 value. Turn the knob to enter
the data. During a cooking cycle, it is possible to vary the data
set by turning the knob. At this point, the display flashes and
data entry is repeated.

CORE PROBE TEMPERATURE BUTTON
Pressing the core probe button:
the yellow LED lights up and does not flash.
The display time is changed from three digits to two digits (00).
Can be set from 0 °C to 99 °C
Default 0 °C
The timed cooking function is excluded and the corresponding
display shows three dashes (---).
Turning the core probe knob clockwise sets the set point.
The time display when the oven starts shows the time elapsed
since the start of the cooking cycle.
On reaching the core probe set point, the oven acts in the same
way as when as the timer reaches 0.
