Battery pack is fully discharged.
The blade is stalled by objects.
Tool has defect.
The temperature is too low or high.
Battery or charger has defect.

SOLUTION
Recharge the battery pack.
Remove the blocked object.
Contact the manufacturer or Service
Center (see customer service list).
The charging temperature is between
0˚C - 40˚C.
