10 Warranty and Guarantee

Installation and delivery of the appliance by a specialist company are prerequisites for the manufacturer's
warranty, as is compliance with the applicable building regulations. We would also like to point out that the
fireplace must not be modified. Any structural changes or use other than for the intended purpose will render
all warranty claims null and void!
We guarantee flawless operation of the body of your Austroflamm fireplace insert for 6 years. All other steel
and cast iron components are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of first sale. Steel and cast iron parts that
show material and/or processing defects during the warranty period will be replaced with new parts.
We do not grant any warranty for wear and tear parts (e.g. ceramic, seals, floor grating), surface coatings,
paintwork and glass. Our warranty service includes new parts free of charge. Labour and travel times are not
included.
An unjustified warranty claim will be charged to the provider.
