Fitting the terminals
Check whether the locking lever is open
and locked in pre-setting position. If not,
open it completely. When pressing the
lever to its pre-setting position, the force
must be applied perpendicular to the
housing's top surface (see fig. 3) to
avoid lever deformation and malfunction.

Check that the secondary locking
mechanism of the contact housing is
open. If the secondary locking
mechanism is closed, open it by
pressing the locking arms at the side in
direction "OPEN", as described
following.

Bestücken der Kontakte
Prüfen,
ob
der
geöffnet
und
in
eingerastet
ist.
Verriegelungs-hebel vollständig öffnen.
Der
Hebel
muss
Oberfläche des Kontaktträgers gedrückt
werden (siehe Abb. 3), um Fehlfunktion
und
Beschaedigungen
Kontakttraeger zu vermeiden.
CLICK
Kontaktträger auf geöffnete
Sekundärverriegelung prüfen. Bei
geschlossener Sekundärverriegelung
diese durch Betätigung der seitlichen
Rastarme wie nachfolgend beschrieben
in Richtung „OPEN" öffnen.
