Fitting of the terminals
The following instructions apply equally to
all variants:
Use only wires with terminals, which
have been produced in accordance with
supplier processing specification (refer
to offer drawings).
Check if the secondary locking is open.
If not, then open the secondary locking
in direction "1".

Observe the cavity numbering.
Align the contours of the terminal with
the cut outs in the cavity. Bear in mind
that the terminal may also be fitted
turned 180°.
Push the terminal into the cavity until it
snaps into place. The single wire seal
must no longer be visible.

Check, that each terminal is correctly
locked in place by gently pulling the
cable (pull back test).

4 Bestücken der Kontakte
Die folgenden Anweisungen gelten
sinngemäß für alle Varianten:
Nur Leitungen mit Kontakte verwenden,
die gemäß Lieferanten-
Verarbeitungsspezifikation hergestellt
wurden (beachte
Angebotszeichnungen).
Prüfen, ob die Sekundärverriegelung
offen ist.Wenn nicht, dann die Sekundär-
verriegelung in Richtung „1" öffnen.

Beachte die Kammer-Nummerierung.
Kontaktkontur zur Kammeraussparung
ausrichten. wobei der Kontakt jeweils
auch um 180° gedreht bestückbar ist.
Kontakt in den Stecker einschieben, bis
er rastet. Die Einzeladerdichtung darf
nicht mehr sichtbar sein.

Jeder Kontakt ist durch leichtes
Zurückziehen am Kabel auf korrekte
Verrastung zu prüfen (Zugtest).
