The wiring harness must not stay
under tension during and after the
assembling.
Close the locking lever whilst
pressing the connector against the
terminal
strip. You should feel the locking
lever snap into place, and it must be
orientated in line with the top of the
cover. Should the locking lever not
be movable, a check must be made
to determine the cause:
Coding Ok?
Locking lever completely open?
Connector placed in the correct
position on the terminal strip?
Secondary locking in "CLOSE"
position?

Der Kabelstrang darf beim Stecken
der Steckverbindung nicht unter Zug
stehen
Verriegelungshebel schließen, dabei
Steckverbindung gegen Messerleiste
drücken. Der Verriegelungshebel
rastet spürbar ein und muss an der
Oberseite des Deckels anliegen.
Sollte der Verriegelungshebel sich
nicht bewegen lassen, muss geprüft
werden, ob folgende Punkte in
Ordnung sind:
Kodierung i.O.?
Verriegelungshebel vollständig
geöffnet?
Kabelbaumstecker seitenrichtig auf
Messerleiste gesetzt?
Sekundärverriegelung auf Position
„CLOSE"?
