Cutting process

♦ Hold the unit at a right angle (90°) to the work-
piece during the machining process .
♦ Move the appliance in the cutting direction with
gentle pressure .

Cut-outs

For internal cut-outs, a hole larger than 22,5 mm is
needed to insert the die holder

Maintenance and cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Switch the appliance off and remove
the power plug before starting any
work on the appliance.
■ The appliance must always be kept clean, dry
and free from oil or grease .
■ Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing .
■ The carbon brushes must be removed and
checked regularly . If they are worn down to the
limit of wear, they must be replaced . Always
keep the carbon brushes clean so that they can
slide freely in the holders . Both carbon brushes
should be replaced at the same time . Use only
identical carbon brushes .
■ Unscrew the brush holder caps
driver . Remove the worn carbon brushes, insert
the new ones, and then screw the brush holder
caps back on .
WARNING!
■ If the power cord needs to be replaced, this
must be done by the manufacturer or his re pre-
sentative to avoid safety hazards .

This warranty service requires that you present the
defective appliance and the proof of purchase
(receipt) within the three-year warranty period,
along with a brief written description of the fault
and of when it occurred .
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your
product will either be repaired or replaced by us .
The repair or replacement of a product does not
signify the beginning of a new warranty period .
