Werkseitige Schmierung der Komponenten
Vom Hersteller werksseitig geschmierte
Komponenten wie z.B. Rillenkugellager,
Abdeckbänder, Getriebe, usw. sind nicht mit H1-
Schmierstoffen versehen.
Verwendbare Schmierstoffe mit H1-Zulassung
• Berulub FG H2 SL, NLGI 2 DIN 51818 (Bechem)
• Cassida Grease EPS2, NLGI 2 DIN 51818 (Bremer & Leguil)
• VP 874, NLGI 2 DIN 51818 (Chemie-Technik)
4.2 Erstschmierung / Initial lubrication
Schmieranschlüsse am Compactmodul Anleitung
zum Produkt CKK und CKR
Zur idealen Verteilung des Schmierstoffes in den
Kugelbahnen der Kugelschienenführung, sowie des
Kugelgewindetriebes erfolgt die Grundschmierung mit
drei Teilmengen. Nach jedem Schmiervorgang mit
einer Teilmenge (TM) wird das Tischteil der Linear-
achse mit drei Doppelhüben verfahren. Der Doppel-
hub sollte idealerweise größer als die dreifache
Länge des Tischteiles sein, mindestens aber den
minimalen Doppelhub DH
Ein Doppelhub (DH):
Vorgehensweise für die Grundschmierung:
1. Compactmodul mit Teilmenge 1 (TM 1) durch
langsames Drücken an der Fettpresse befetten.
2. Tischteil dreimal mit den Doppelhub (DH) mit
langsamer Geschwindigkeit (< 0,5 m/s) verfahren.
3. Compactmodul mit Teilmenge 2 (TM 2) durch
langsames Drücken an der Fettpresse befetten.
4. Punkt 2 und 3 wiederholen.

Factory-made lubrication of components
The components (e.g., ball bearings, cover
strips, gears) lubricated factory-made by the
manufacturer are not lubricated with H1-
lubricant.

For the ideal distribution of the lubricant in the ball
tracks of ball rail system and ball screw the basic
lubrication is applied in three partial quantities.
After each lubrication process with a partial quantity
(TM) the carriage of the linear axis has to be
moved with three double strokes. The double
stroke should be ideally greater than three times
the length of the carriage, at least the minimum
double stroke DH

Method of initial lubrication:
1. Lubricate Compact Module with partial quantity
1 (TM 1) by slowly pressing on the grease gun.
2. Slide the carriage for three double strokes (DH)
with slow speed (< 0.5 m/s).
3. Lubricate Compact Module with partial quantity
2 (TM 2) by slowly pressing on the grease gun.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
