The appliance takes an
unusually long time to
complete the programme
and warm and froth milk.
Mia gets loud, squeaks,
or makes a rattling sound
when frothing.
If you have any other issues with Mia, please contact our customer service or a professional
repair service. Do not try to repair the machine yourself..

Customer service

In principle, our products have a legal
warranty duty of 2 years. Further claims
can only be processed in conjunction with
a proof of purchase. Wearing parts exclude
any warranty claims, when usual abrasion
has occurred. The durability is determined
by the respective handling and use of the
products and is thus variable.

functionality of our products, please

Check that the maximum filling capacity is not
exceeded.
Check the colour of the signal light at the start of the
programme – if it lights up white, you are using the
programme for drinking chocolate, with hotter milk
and longer running time.
Make sure that the milk container is placed in the
middle of the heating plate.
Switch Mia off, remove the stirrer, and reinsert it.
Restart the process.
