LIMITATORE DI
MOMENTO
Il limitatore di momento ha la funzione
di proteggere la struttura meccanica
della gru e/o la stabilità della macchina,
intervenendo quando il momento dato
dal carico appeso supera il valore
massimo di taratura.
Con l'entrata in funzione del limitatore
vengono disabilitati tutti i comandi di
movimentazione gru escluso il comando
di rientro degli elementi telescopici e la
rotazione gru.
Nell'illustrazione sotto riportata, sono
raffigurati movimenti della gru abilitati e
disabilitati.

Erlaubte Bewegungen
Quando il cilindro 1°braccio è
completamente esteso e si insiste
con la manovra di estensione, il
limitatore può intervenire anche se la
gru è senza carico.
In questo caso per sbloccare la gru
premere il tasto RESET e chiudere
lentamente il cilindro 1°braccio.
B.5.4 LOAD LIMITING
DEVICE
The purpose of the load limiter device is
to protect the structure of the crane
and/or safeguard machine stability. It
works by coming into operation when
the moment given by the load on the
hook, exceeds the maximum value of
setting.
When the load limiting device comes
into operation, all crane movements are
disabled except the control to retract the
telescopic extensions and the crane
slewing.
The illustration that follows, shows the
enabled and disabled movements of the
crane.

When the 1st boom cylinder is
fully extended and if one insists with
the
extension
control,
limiting device can intervene even if
the crane is not loaded.
In this case to unblock the crane,
push the RESET button and close the
1st boom cylinder slowly.

B.5.4 MOMENTBEGRENZER
Der
Momentbegrenzer
Schutz der mechanischen Kranstruktur
und/oder der Maschinenfestigkeit: er
schaltet sich ein wenn der von der
angeschlagenen
Moment den eingestellten Höchstwert
übersteigt.
Wenn der Momentbegrenzer einge-
schaltet wird, werden alle Antriebs-

Ausschübe und dem Schwenken des
Krans blockiert.
