Leve di comando del cilindro 1. braccio e
degli sfili telescopici bloccate in una
direzione.
1) Limitatore di momento inserito
La gru con carico al gancio è in
condizioni di blocco ma i movimenti
consentiti sono diversi da quelli indicati
al §B.5.4.
1) Anomalie nel sistema di rilevamento della
posizione dei bracci o anomalie nel
limitatore di momento
1) Escludere il limitatore di momento e, al
fine di depositare il carico a terra e
configurare la gru a riposo, eseguire solo le
manovre che consentono di mantenere
inalterata o riducono la distanza del carico
dall'asse colonna
Perdita d'olio dai martinetti,
abbassamento del carico con pompa
ferma, calo di potenza.
1) Usura delle guarnizioni dei martinetti.

direction.
1) Load limiting device on
The crane with the load at the hook is
blocked but the permitted movements are
different from the ones set out in §B.5.4.
1) Anomalies in the system monitoring the
position of the booms or anomalies of the
load limiting device
1) Exclude the load limiting device, solely in
order to deposit the load on the ground and
thus set the crane in its rest configuration,
perform the manoeuvres required to
maintain or reduce the distance of the load
from the column axis
Oil leakage from the cylinders, lowering
of the load with stationary pump, loss of
power.
1) Cylinders seals wear
1) Go to an authorized assistance center
The slewing movement is not regular.
1) Vehicle beyond the max permitted heel.
2) Slewing flow regulator valve and/or anti-
shock valve on distributor element
incorrectly set or dirty.

Steuerhebel des 1.Auslegers- und der
Schubzylinder sind in einer Richtung
blockiert.
1) Momentbegrenzer eingeschaltet
Der Kran mit beladenem Haken ist
blockiert, aber die zulässigen
Bewegungen sind anders als wie unter
§B.5.4 gezeigt.
1) Störungen im Messsystem für die Position
der Ausleger oder Störungen des
Momentbegrenzers.
1) Den Momentbegrenzer ausschalten und
nur um die Last auf den Boden abzusetzen
und den Kran in Ruhestellung zu bringen,
nur Bewegungen durchführen, mit denen
der Abstand der Last von der Säuleachse
unverändert bleibt oder verringert wird
Ölleck aus Zylindern, Senken der Last mit
stillstehender Pumpe, Leistungsverlust.
1) Verschleiß der Zylinderdichtungen.
1) Sich an ein autorisiertes Service-Center

Drehbewegung ist unregelmäßig.

Kranarbeit ein.

ist undicht infolge von Verschleiß.

wenden
Vibrationen der Zylinder, ruckartige
Bewegungen der Ausschübe während
der ersten Kranbewegungen.
