Assembly
After washing and drying the components, assemble them in the following order:
1 Assembly the balls into the squeezer tray. Then, adjust the position of the balls as you can
see in the picture, the slots must coincide with the mark of the tray (Fig. 12).
2 Insert the blade in the squeezer tray and slot the ribs into the grooves of the balls (Fig.
11). Check that the blade slides easily.
3 Square up the squeezer tray set and blade to their respective shafts (Fig. 13) and then
insert the cups in the squeezer tray and square them up to the shafts (Fig. 14). Assemble
this set in the machine at the same time and tighten the nuts well.
4 Fit the shafts and the pulp scraper filter in the filter, fit the filter correctly in its position in
the self-service tray (THE DRIVE SHAFT SHOULD OVERHANG THE TRAY) (Fig. 15)
and fit the set into the machine. Check that the tray is fitted properly which will also indicate
that the filter is in the right position (THE DRIVE SHAFT SHOULD DOVETAIL WITH THE
HEXAGONAL FILTER ACTUATOR) (Fig. 16).
5 Affix one of the side panels back on the machine (Fig. 7).
6 Assemble the cover by attaching it to the side panel (Fig. 8).
7 Finally, affix the last side panel.
Before operating the machine, make sure that:

Juice tray and Blade are properly fitted in place.

Fastening Nuts are properly tightened.

Ensure that the side panels are properly coupled with the locking system for the
machine to operate properly.
If Blade, Juice tray, Balls, Cups, Side cover or Front cover are not correctly assembled, serious
damage may be caused to these parts or to the interior components of the machine.
When the machine is ready to work, the display shows the "machine icon and the orange icon".

Cleaning the feeder


Remove the external basket by turning it gently.

Remove the basket until it is completely released from its shaft (Fig. 17).

Clean all the pieces with soapy water or put them in the dishwasher.

Reassemble in this order: first fit the basket and finally fit the external basket (Fig. 18-19-20).
Important Notice:
The normal use of the machine may cause the plastic parts that are exposed to juice to turn of
the fruit colour. This is completely normal and does not imply a hygiene problem or affect the
physical properties of the plastic.
The reference 210550 Self-service advanced tray gasket and the reference V0293B-1 Nut GP
must not be subjected to temperatures higher than 40°C, so they should never be washed in very
hot water or in a dishwasher; if they are deformed by heat, the warranty will not apply.

4.6. ADVICE FOR USE


We recommend to switch off the machine when is not in use (Fig. 5).
