    INSTALACION ¡Atención! la máquina pesa 55 Kg. Para trasladar la máquina, le aconsejamos que la cojan entre dos personas. La mejor forma de cogerla es sujetar con una mano, por debajo del trasero y la otra mano debajo de la bandeja exprimidora. (Fig. 6) Coloque la máquina sobre una base suficientemente fuerte y estable.

    Al accionar el grifo, la máquina se pondrá en funcionamiento, el display mostrará durante el proceso de exprimido un Reloj y Run. Para detener el proceso basta con dejar de accionar el grifo.     Revise que la cuchilla tenga las gomas correctamente colocadas (Fig. 10 y 11). Introduzca la cuchilla en el interior de la bandeja. Monte dicho conjunto por los tres ejes de la máquina simultáneamente. Atención para encarar la cuchilla con su eje, presione ligeramente de las paredes de la cuchilla hacia abajo y tenga mucho cuidado de no cortarse ¡¡Nunca ensamble la cuchilla sobre la bandeja posteriormente!!.

    INSTALLATION Attention! The machine weighs 55 Kg. When moving the machine, we suggest that this should be accomplished by two people. The best way to lift the machine is to grab the rear of the machine from underneath, with one hand and with the other hand, grab the squeezing tray from underneath, as well.

    When you press the tap down, the juicer will start working and the screen will display a Clock icon and the word "Run", while the machine is working. In order to stop the machine, just release the tap. ATTENTION!!!: Do NOT place your hand into the basket while the machine is operating (Fig.23).

    If the faucet tray is not assembled or is not in place, the machine will not operate and the display will show an Error message by displaying a flashing dark tray. If for any reason the machine gets blocked during operation, after a few seconds the motor will stop automatically and the display will show an Error message with a faulty flashing icon, until the cause of the blockage is removed.

    Si la machine, pour quelque raison que ce soit, se retrouve bloquée, au bout de quelques secondes, et de façon automatique, le moteur s'arrête et l’écran montre Error et l'icône en train de clignoter, en attente de l'élimination du motif du blocage.     Vérifiez que les caoutchoucs de la lame soient bien placés (Fig. 10 et 11). Placez la lame à l'intérieur du plateau. Attention pour bien replacer le support de la lame avec son axe, pressez légèrement le support de la lame vers le bas en faisant attention de ne pas vous couper.

    ENTRETIEN MACHINE L'entretien extérieur de la machine se réduit à son nettoyage. À l'intérieur de la machine, et toutes les 600.000 oranges, il faut graisser les guides, remplacer les ressorts et nettoyer à fond la machine. CONSEILS D'UTILISATION Assurez-vous que les oranges soient de la taille des coupes que vous avez choisies car si la coupe est trop petite, elle coupera la peau et le liquide qui en émanera rendra le jus amer.

    Je nach gewählter Kegelgröße müssen die Gummieinlagen im Schneidwerk angebracht werden. (Abb. 20-21-22) Nach dem Einschalten wird auf dem Display eine Orange angezeigt.     SICHERHEITSSYSTEME Das Gerät verfügt über mehrere Sicherheitssysteme: Wenn die Frontplatte nicht richtig angebracht oder das Deckteil vergessen wurde, zeigt das Display Error an und die Frontplatte sowie der Aufnahmekorb blinken auf. Wenn die auslassschale nicht an ihrem Platz eingerastet ist, arbeitet das Gerät nicht und auf dem Display erscheint Error.

    Mit gestopptem Gerät und unter Einhaltung des vorher beschriebenen Vorgangs SCHALTEN SIE DAS GERÄT ÜBER DEN NETZSCHALTER AUS (Abb. 3). Das Display des digitalen Wahlschalters erlischt. (Abb. 4). Entnehmen Sie die Frontplatte und säubern Sie diese mit einem feuchten, in neutraler Seifenlösung eingetauchten Tuch (ACHTUNG!: Gerät darf keinesfalls mit Produkten gereinigt werden, die es verkratzen können).

    Nehmen Sie den Aufnahmekorb heraus, indem sie ihn nach oben ziehen, bis er vollkommen frei liegt. (Abb. 15) Entfernen Sie den Einfüllstutzen. Säubern Sie alle Elemente mit Wasser und Seife. Sie können die Elemente auch in die Spülmaschine geben. Danach bauen Sie alle Teile in folgender Reihenfolge wieder ein: zuerst den Einfüllstutzen, dann bringen Sie den Aufnahmekorb wieder auf seiner Achse an, danach drehen Sie ihn per Hand im Uhrzeigersinn, bis er einrastet (die Drehbolzen fügen sich in die jeweiligen Öffnungen ein).

    Richiedere il servizio di assistenza tecnica all’impresa che ha fornito la macchina; nel caso in cui non si riesca a localizzarla, mettersi in contatto con il fabbricante (dati sulla copertina di questo manuale).     Una volta accesa la macchina, il display mostra un’arancia. Questo significa che la macchina è pronta per la spremitura. Quando si attiva il rubinetto, la macchina si mette in funzione e il display, durante il processo di spremitura, mostra un Orologio e Run. Per arrestare il processo è sufficiente lasciare il rubinetto.

    Se la vaschetta rubinetto non è ben collocata al suo posto, la macchina non funziona e nel display viene visualizzato Errore. La vaschetta viene mostrata in modo intermittente. Se per qualche motivo la macchina, in marcia, dovesse essere bloccata, dopo pochi secondi, automaticamente si arresta il motore e nel display vengono mostrati Errore e l’icona attrezzi in modo intermittente, in attesa che venga eliminata la causa del blocco.

    Montaggio Dopo aver lavato tutto, rimontare nel seguente ordine: Avvitare le sfere nella vaschetta di spremitura. Fare attenzione a ricollocare previamente le rondelle e SERRARE bene le sfere. Controllare che gli elastici della lama siano collocati correttamente (Fig. 10 ed 11). Inserire la lama all’interno della vaschetta.

    La lama sarà sempre la stessa, indipendentemente dal set montato. ATTENZIONE!: non devono essere utilizzati insieme elementi di set differenti. Più grosse sono le coppe, più piccolo è il separatore nella cesta. MANUTENZIONE DELLA MACCHINA La manutenzione esterna della macchina si limita alla sua pulizia. All’interno della macchina, ogni 600.000 arance devono essere ingrassate le guide, sostituite le molle e deve essere realizzata una pulizia minuziosa.
