16.1 Complaints and repairs
For complaints and repairs that require dis-
assembly of the tightening spindle, please
send fully assembled
to the supplier or our customer service
workshop in Murrhardt, Germany.
Complaints and repairs cannot be ac-
cepted if this procedure is not followed.
16.2 Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty for Rexroth de-
vices (proof by means of invoice or delivery
note).
Damage attributable to natural wear, over-
load or improper handling remain excluded
from the warranty.
