Proceed as follows when disassembling the
planetary gearbox:
1. Clamp the tightening spindle at the mo-
tor carefully into a bench vise.
2. Hold the tightening spindle tightly and
loosen the connection of the planetary
gearbox to the adapter or measurement
transducer on the output drive side.
– Size 2: Loosen the connection using
a suitable fork wrench.
– Sizes 3, 4 and 5: Loosen the union
nut of the adapter or measurement
transducer using a suitable fork
wrench and then pull the adapter/
measurement transducer out of the
mating teeth in the housing of the pla-
netary gearbox.
3. Hold the planetary gearbox tightly and
loosen the connection of the planetary
gearbox to the EC motor on the output
drive side.
– Sizes 2, 3 and 4: For this purpose,
use a suitable fork wrench.
– Size 5: Loosen the union nut of the
motor using a suitable hook wrench
and then pull the motor out of the ma-
ting teeth in the housing of the trans-
verse gearbox.

Disposal

The device must not be disposed of with the
municipal waste (domestic waste). To re-
turn your old appliance, please use the re-
turn and collection systems available to you.
Careless disposal of the product could lead
to pollution of the environment.
Therefore, dispose of the device in accord-
ance with the currently applicable regula-
tions in your country. Devices manufactured
by us can moreover be returned free-of-
charge for disposal. However, one prerequi-
site is that there are no objectionable films
such as oil, grease or other contamination
on the device. Further, no improper foreign
substances or foreign components may be
included with the return.
