NOTE
Incorrect motor assembly/disas-
sembly possible!
Material damage to the motor due to in-
correct clamping into a bench vise.

Clamp the motor only slightly and
use extensive braces.
NOTE
Incorrect assembly of the motor to
the planetary gearbox possible!
Material damage to the motor and/or
planetary gearbox as well as incorrect
connection of the two components in the
assembly! Malfunctions of the spindles in
later operation!

During assembly at the width flat of
the EC motor, you must maintain cor-
responding counterpressure. Other-
wise, there is the risk that the motor
flange loosens.
The width flat is located at the inter-
face to the planetary gearbox and at
the motor flange.
Tab. 6 on page 56 and tab. 7 on page 56
show the torques for the assembly of the
EC motor and/or the measurement trans-
ducer/adapter at the planetary gearbox
against the size.
