Cause
Battery is missing, is defective or voltage is
too low
The maintenance date has been reached
No maintenance date entered
Minimum power consumption of the

Control unit-pump cable interrupted.
Pump is defective.
Maximum power consumption of the pump
exceeded, possible impeller blockage
Power contactor does not switch off
Power supply has failed

Pump running too frequently within a short

Pump is running too long per pumping oper-
ation

blocked by an object

Installation and operating instructions
Remedial measures
Check the battery connection, replace bat-
tery if necessary
Carry out maintenance
Enter maintenance date (see control unit
instructions)
Check the electrical cables, service the
pump and replace if necessary.
Carry out pump maintenance as described
in the instructions, replace the pump if nec-
essary.

Determine the reason for the tripped fuse
and replace the fuse if necessary
Check mains supply cable
Check the probe connection
Can be acknowledged. Inform customer
service. Fault appears after a further 1000
operating cycles

Disconnect the system from the mains
power supply, disable the battery, check the
cable for correct connection and continuity;
test the function of the motor, replace if nec-
essary

check for correct connection and continuity;
test function of probe, replace if necessary.
Pull out the mains plug, disconnect the bat-
tery, open the flap cover and remove the
blockage and restart the system
Close the emergency closure (hinged flap,
if present). Following the end of backwater,
eliminate the blockage as described above.
To install the flap cover, the flap motor must
be in the CLOSED position.
Have it checked by an electrically skilled
person, release potential-free contact if
applicable (art. no. 80777)
