Before any work on the garden product itself (e. g.

transport and storage, remove the battery from the
garden product. There is danger of injury when uninten-
tionally actuating the On/Off switch.

for obvious defects such as loose, dislodged or damaged
saw chain and chain bar, loose fixings and worn or damaged
components.
Check that covers and guards are undamaged and correctly
fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance or repairs before
using.
