S If you would like to connect cable or a terrestrial
aerial, use the "ANTENNA" socket provided for
this purpose.

Open the cover of the battery component.
S Insert the two batteries (AAA) supplied into the
battery compartment.
Pay attention to the polarity (+) and (-) marked on
the bottom of the battery compartment.
S
Close the cover of the battery compartment.
Use the remote control within a distance of about 6 m
from the remote control sensor on the device and wit-
hin a horizontal and vertical angle of 30°.
The remote control may not work, if the remote control
sensor of the device is exposed to direct sunlight or
strong artificial light.

Insert the mains cable into the mains input socket
on the device and the mains plug into a mains
outlet.
S Switch the mains switch on the bottom side of the
device to position "I". The device is now switched
on.
