Preparation – interchangeable insert variant
WE100/WE125/WE160
Mark the spiral hose at a distance of (see table 4
"Insertion depth (marking) of spiral tube in cm")
(see fig.: 20).
Push the rubber sleeve over the spiral hose to limit
stop (marking) and tighten clamping strap using a
torque spanner (see table 4) (see fig.: 20).
Insertion depth of spiral tube (see table 4)
Interchangeable insert
Insert cable and determine cable diameter.
Order interchangeable insert WE100 or WE125 or
WE160 (accessories).
Fold the split interchangeable insert WE100 or
WE125 or WE160 over the cables and insert into
rubber sleeve as far as it will go (see fig.: 21).
Limit stop inside the rubber sleeve
Tighten clamping straps using a torque spanner
(see Table 4) (see fig.: 20 and 21).
Preparation of interchangeable insert with
segment rings variant – WE100/WE125/WE160
Mark the spiral hose at a distance of „a" (see Table
5 and fig.: 22).
The end of the spiral tube pipe must be cut off
at right angles so that it is clean and free of
burrs (see fi g.: 22).
Push the rubber sleeve over the spiral hose to limit
stop (marking) (see fi g.: 23).
Tighten clamping strap using a torque spanner
WAF13 (see Table 5) (see fi g.: 24).
Push the closing cover into the rubber sleeve as far
as it will go and tighten the clamping straps with an
WAF13 torque wrench (see table 5) (see Fig .: 25).
Only attach the closing cover if the cables are
pulled in at a later time!
Insert cable (see fi g.: 26).
Check the dimensions of the cables (see fig.: 27).
