Insert the spiral hose 14090 into the rubber sleeve
up to the limit stop (marking) [1.] and tighten the
clamping strap using a torque spanner SW13 to 5
Nm (see fig.: 8 and 9)
Push the rubber sleeve onto the head nozzle of the
system cover up to the red unin nut [2.] and tighten
the clamping strap using a torque spanner SW13 to
5 Nm (see fig.: 8).

Push the rubber sleeve onto the the spiral hose
14125 up to the limit stop [1.] and tighten the
clamping strap using a torque spanner SW13 to
10 Nm (see fig.: 10).
Push the hose with the mounted sleeve onto the
head nozzle of the system cover up to the red union
nut [2.] and tighten the clamping strap using a
torque spanner SW13 to 10 Nm (see fig.: 10).

Insert the rubber sleeve onto the spiral hose 14150
[1.] and tighten the clamp using a torque spanner
SW13 to 10 Nm (see fig.: 10).
Push the hose with the mounted sleeve onto the
head nozzle up to the limit stop [2.] and tighten
clamping strap using a torque spanner SW13 to 10
Nm (see fig.: 10 and 11).

Mark (see Table 1) both ends of the spiral hoses
(see fig.: 12).
Push the rubber sleeve over the first spiral hose until
limit stop (marking) [1.] and tighten clamping strap
using a torque spanner (see Table 1 and fig.: 12).
Then, insert the second spiral hose into the rubber
sleeve until the limit stop (marking) [2.] and tighten
clamping strap using a torque spanner (see Table 1
and fig.: 12).

Mark the spiral hose at a distance of 8 cm (see fig.:
13).
Push the rubber sleeve over the spiral hose to limit
stop (marking) and tighten clamping strap using a
torque spanner (see Table 2 and fig.: 13).
Spread lubricant "GM" on the end of the pipe and
insert to the specified depth (see Table 2) in the
rubber sleeve (see fig.: 13).
Then tighten clamping strap using a torque spanner
(see Table 2).

Mark the spiral hose at a distance of 8 cm (see fig.:
14).
Push the rubber sleeve over the spiral hose to limit
stop (marking) and tighten clamping strap using a
torque spanner (see Table 2 and fig.: 14).
Insert adapter ring in rubber sleeve as far as it will
go (only necessary for variant M110 and M125)
and push in media pipe (see Table 2 and fig.: 14).
