Symptom
Error code Er21, Er40 or E2.

Error code U400 and/or
continuous beep.
'Flash' symbol.
Error code Er47.
Other error codes.
Possible cause
Appliance overheated.
The control panel is dirty or
has water lying on it.
Wrong pot material.
Error on fan left or right.
Air exhaust blocked, for
example by paper.
The appliance has been
connected incorrectly and/or
the mains voltage is too high.
You have pressed two or more
keys at the same time.
Communication error between
controls and induction
generator.
Defective generator.
Solution
The appliance has been
switched off because of over
heating. Let the appliance
cool down and start again
on a lower setting.
Clean the control panel.
A suitable pot for induction
must be used.
Check that the fan air exhaust
is free.
Let your connection be
changed.
Do not operate more than one
key at the same time.
Verify connection of main
power is correctly and
functional. Other wise contact
the service departement.

department.
