Note: When the peg is pushed back it can be necessary
to push the upper saw arm to the left or right in order to
release the pressure.
• Release the clamping lever for the saw blade slant (4,
fig. 13) and tilt the saw arm completely to the left.
• Use an angle gauge and check whether the saw blade is
at a 45° angle to the table.
• In order to position the chock, tilt the saw arm to 0°,
release the safety nut (9, fig 11) and turn the screw (10,
fig. 11) either on or off as needed.
• Tilt the saw arm to the left and check the position.
• Repeat these steps until the blade is positioned at 45°
to the table.
• Once the position is correct, tighten the safety nut (9,
fig. 11).
Check Adjustment at 45° to the Right (fig. 11, 12, 13)
Repeat the steps as above for the right side.
33.9- Slanted Position (fig. 11, 12, 13)
• Place the bevel angel at 0°. Position both of the plate
chocks outward.
• Release the clamping lever for the saw blade slant (4,
fig. 13) and tilt the saw arm to a tilted chock position of
39.9° by pushing the chock peg backwards.
• Check with an angle gauge whether the blade is 33.9° to
the table.
• To install, turn the screw thread on or off with an Allen
key (11, fig 11) until the blade is at 33.9° to the table.
• Repeat these steps for the slant position of 33.9° to the
right.
Mitre Angle Position – Spring Positioning (fig. 13)
The bevel scale shows the bevel angel from 0° to 45° to
the left, and from 0° to 60° the right. The most usual angle
slits have springs, which allow a quick positioning to the
desired angle. Carry out the following steps to maintain a
quick and precise position:
• Raise the spring grip (1) and release the rotating table.
• Move the rotating table while holding the spring grip (1)
up until the indicator (2) is positioned at the desired
angle.
• Lock the table in position by releasing the spring grip.
Mitre Scale Indicator (fig. 13)
• Push the table to the 0 position.
• Release the screw (3) which holds the indicator, using a
screwdriver.
• Adjust the indicator (2) to the 0° marker and tighten the
screw.
Positioning of the Blade to the Chock (fig. 14)
• Turn the upper arm to the 0° inclination position and
lock it in.
• Release the four chock lock screws (1) with a turn of an
Allen key until the chock (2) is loose.
• Move the saw head down and lock it there with the chock
peg.
• Place the back of the angle gauge (3) against the blade
and the ruler against the chock (2), as shown. Check
that the chock is at 90° to the blade.
• In the event that adjustment is needed, push the chock
forwards or backwards until it is perpendicular to the
blade. Tighten the four chock lock screws (1).
Caution: If the saw has not been used for a long period of
time, check that the blade position to the chock is correct
and adjust it if necessary.

Mitre Angel Positioning (fig. 15)
• Unlock the rotating table by lifting up on the locking
lever (2).
• While raising the spring grip (1) up, grasp the mitre
handle and rotate the rotating table left or right to the
desired angle.
• Once the desired angle has been reached, press the
locking grip down and release the spring grip.
Note: The grip can only be locked in one of the ten posi-
tions.
Adjustment of the Mitre Table- Quick Lock (fig. 15)
• Press the locking lever (2) down and let it ratchet into
position.
• Turn the chock nut (3) with a 13 mm key to the left, as
shown, in order to extend the closure arm against the
body of the machine.
• Test that the closure is fully locked into the table.
• Turn the safety nut (4) to the right, as shown, in order to
lock the mechanism where it is.
Note: For longer materials there are, on the right and left,
pull out surfaces with hinged chocks.
