Switching off the compact weld timer
" Turn the power supply (mains) off.
The red READY LED on the front panel of the timer is now lit until the
24 V supply is also switched off.
Dangerous electrical voltage
Possibility of cardiac arrhythmia, burns, shock!
" Never interpret the extinguishing of all LEDs on the product as zero
voltage!
" Please note that the voltage inside the unit directly after switching
off the mains supply has not been reduced to a harmless level yet.
At least 5 minutes are required to reduce the voltages.
" Do not touch either mains or transformer connections for at least 5
minutes after switching the mains supply off.
" Use suitable measuring equipment and an appropriate measuring
method to ensure that the unit is de-energized before carrying out
any work on the unit.
