Problem
Motor does not function
Motor starts up slowly and does not
reach the usual operating speed
Motor is quite loud
Motor does not perform fully
Motor overheated
Reduced cutting performance
Saw blade is rough or bent
Materials to be cut tear or split
Electro­technical maintenance may only be carried out by a specialist!
In order to dispose of this machine the local legal regulations must be followed.
Please ask your specialist store or the manufacturer.

Troubleshooting

Motor, cable or plug defective
Fuse blown
Power too low
Casing of the electric motor dam-
aged

The electric cables of the server are
over loaded (for example by lamps
or other motors)
Motor overloaded
Insufficient cooling of the motor
Saw blade is too thin (sharpened
too much)
Saw blade is blunt
Incorrect shape of saw teeth
Cutting pressure is too high or the saw
blade is not the right type for the given
use
Solution
Let an expert examine the machine.
Never repair the machine yourself! Dan-
ger of Serious Injury!
Check and, if necessary, replace the
fuse
Let the power company check the
power supply
Have the motor examined by a special-
ist.
Have the capacitor replaced
Have the capacitor replaced by a
specialist
Have the motor checked by a special-
ist
Use few or no other devices on the
same power source
Avoid overloading the motor when
sawing
See that no dust or dirt is covering the
motor and that it is placed far enough
away from other objects
Replace the final element of the saw-
ing unit
Sharpen the saw blade
Use a more appropriate saw blade
