fect has demonstrably arisen as a result of faults in
the material or construction, and has arisen despite
proper handling and care. The guarantee starts
from the date of sale, as noted on the sales receipt,
which must be enclosed with the item. For com-
mercial use, the guarantee lasts for 12 months.
