REMOVING BLOCKADE IN THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER

This step is only required if there's a blockade between the grinding burrs
and the grinder outlet.

Remove hopper Set GRIND SIZE to '1'
(finest setting)

Remove blockade at Clean coffee outlet
duct with cleaning
the grinder duct using
brush
the cleaning brush
or a pipe cleaner

Use 10mm socket.
Rotate clockwise to
remove nut

Reinstall grind fan &
washers using long
nose pliers

Set GRIND SIZE to '16' Remove top burr
(coarsest setting)

TIGHTEN NUT

Insert lower burr (drive Rotate anti­clockwise
pin & cavity to align). to tighten nut
Insert flat washer &
spring washer
WARNING:
Care should be taken as the grinder burrs
are extremely sharp.

Before removing the Remove grind fan
lower burr, loosen nut & washers using long
& remove spring & flat nose pliers
