Das KARL STORZ Schnittstellengerät
INTERFACE II 20092132 ermöglicht dem SCB- und
AIDA-System die gemeinsame Nutzung von Ein-/
Ausgabegeräten (LCD-Monitor, Touch-Screen,
Tastatur und Maus) vom SCB- und AIDA-System.
Dazu wird das Schnittstellengerät zwischen
KARL STORZ OR1™ control (SCB-Steuerrechner),
KARL STORZ AIDA ® control (AIDA-Steuerrechner)
und die Ein-/Ausgabegeräte geschaltet.
Generell besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit,
SCB (R-UI)- und AIDA-System mit getrennten Ein-/
Ausgabegeräten zu betreiben. Soll jedoch nur eine
,Konsolenstation' (Tastatur etc.) verwendet werden,
ist das Schnittstellengerät INTERFACE II
20092132 zu verwenden.

Bei KARL STORZ AIDA ® control sind ferner
bestimmte Einstellungen erforderlich (u.a. für das
Netzwerk).
In Verbindung des Interface II 20092132
mit einem KARL STORZ Splitter W20419 (OR1-
RGB Interface) kann auch ein zweiter Touch
Screen an den OR1 Control bzw. AIDA Control
angeschlossen werden.

Description of the unit

The KARL STORZ interface unit
INTERFACE II 20092132 enables the SCB and
AIDA systems to share input/output devices (LCD
monitor, touch screen, keyboard and mouse).
For this, the interface unit is connected between
KARL STORZ OR1™ control (SCB control
computer), KARL STORZ AIDA ® control (AIDA
control computer) and the input/output devices.
Generally speaking, it is of course possible to
operate the SCB (R-UI) and AIDA system with
separate input/output devices. If, however, only
one 'console station' (keyboard etc.) is to be
used, the interface unit INTERFACE II
20092132 must be used.
System requirements
• KARL STORZ OR1™ control with integrated
network card and appropriate software ver-
sion (see the Instruction Manual
KARL STORZ-SCB ® System)
• KARL STORZ AIDA ® control with integrated
network card
Certain settings are also required for the
KARL STORZ AIDA ® control (incl. for the
network).
A second touch screen can also be connected to
the OR1 control or AIDA control in the combination
of the Interface II 20092132 with a
KARL STORZ splitter W20419 (OR1-RGB
Interface).

El aparato de interfaz de KARL STORZ
INTERFACE II 20092132 permite la utilización
conjunta por parte de los sistemas SCB y AIDA
de los aparatos de entrada y salida (monitor
LCD, pantalla táctil, teclado y ratón).
Para ello, el aparato de interfaz se conecta entre
el KARL STORZ OR1™ control (ordenador
central SCB), el KARL STORZ AIDA ® control
(ordenador central AIDA) y los aparatos de
entrada y salida.
En general, existe la posibilidad de utilizar los
sistemas SCB (R-UI) y AIDA con aparatos de
entrada y salida separados. Sin embargo, si se
debe emplear una "consola" única (teclado, etc),
ha de utilizarse el aparato de interfaz
INTERFACE II 20092132.
Requisitos del sistema
• KARL STORZ OR1™ control con tarjeta de
red integrada y versión de software adecuada
(véase el Manual de instrucciones
KARL STORZ-SCB ® System)
• KARL STORZ AIDA ® control con tarjeta de red
integrada
En el KARL STORZ AIDA ® control, además, se
requiere efectuar determinados ajustes (p. ej.,
para la red).
En la combinación del Interface II
20092132 con un divisor W20419 de KARL STORZ
(interfaz OR1-RGB) puede conectarse también
una segunda pantalla táctil al OR1 Control o al
AIDA Control.
