Adjusting the fastening torque

1. O pen t h e c h ange plate b y h an d so t h at y ou c an
see a h ole.

P ull t h e s w it c h trigger an d release it so t h at t h e
a d j ust ring rotates an d t h e h ole be c omes v isible. A n d
t h en remo v e t h e batter y c artri d ge.
3. U se an optional a d j ust grip to a d j ust t h e f astening
tor q ue. I nsert t h e pin o f t h e a d j ust grip into t h e h ole
in t h e f ront o f t h e tool. A n d t h en, turn t h e a d j ust grip
c lo c k w ise to set a greater f astening tor q ue, an d c oun-
ter c lo c k w ise to set a smaller f astening tor q ue.

tor q ue tester.

NOTE: I f t h e d ri v er bit is not inserte d d eep enoug h

position an d t h e d ri v er bit w ill not be se c ure d . I n t h is
c ase, tr y re-inserting t h e bit a c c or d ing to t h e instru c -
tions abo v e.
NOTE: When it is difficult to insert the driver bit, pull
t h e slee v e an d insert it into t h e slee v e as f ar as it w ill
go.
NOTE: A f ter inserting t h e d ri v er bit, make sure t h at it
is firmly secured. If it comes out, do not use it.
