Take the device out of the carton and place it on the floor. Remove all
plastic bags and adhesive tape from the machine.

Contrarotate the L shape handles (1) until (C) comes out(The same applies
to fold the treadmill).
First fold up the support bar in the direction of arrow A and only then fold
down the treadmill in the direction of arrow B. Turn the L-shaped handles (1)
clockwise to lock the treadmill in place.
Adjust the flexible handle bar according to user's height and lock the
treadmill again by pressing down (2).
Fully unfold the treadmill in the direction of Arrow B.Please make sure the
treadmill is put on flat floor and the running belt is centralize.
